Invitation Set: J & P
March 27, 2009 in Blog • Weddings-Blog • Custom Weddings • Wedding Invitations
If (for some reason) you tend to visit my homepage on a regular basis, you might have noticed that it changed recently. One thing I love about my website design is that I can easily replace the main image to completely change the look. Let’s just say I get bored with my surroundings pretty easily; I was one of those kids who re-arranged the furniture in her room on a monthly basis, just to switch it up.
The new image on my home page is one of the drawings I did for J & P’s wedding invitations. I absolutely *love* the way these turned out, and I even had the pleasure of delivering them in person. J & P are totally awesome, and they have great taste in pizza.
The set includes an A7 folded card and an A2 RSVP card, with matching envelopes.

They feature the Golden Gate Bridge on the front…

And J & P with their two kitties on the inside. They’re standing on Mt. Tam, and in the distance, you can see the Berkeley marina and the UC Berkeley Campanile.

Their kitties are SO CUTE it almost hurt to draw them. Love love!

Butterfly! I am so ready for Spring!

Here’s the RSVP, which matches the front of the invitation.

I absolutely love these invitations, and J’s excitement made me feel so good! I can’t wait to hear what their guests have to say.
Thanks, J & P! You were a pleasure to work with, and to have lunch with! Congratulations!
